As exhibitor of Solar Solutions International & Green Heating Solutions exhibition you need all kind of services for your booth and presentation. The experts of VRF are responsible for rigging, lighting and AV equipment at the venue.

If you need one or more of the mentioned services, please order them in this webshop. VRF offers you a price indication based on your demands. It is important to send your booth location with the order.

What is rigging?
Rigging is all the equipment used for events to hoist/hang equipment in the roof structure. It includes the use of steel cables, trusses, hoists and other equipment to secure these objects in a safe and secure way. To hang materials in the roof, strict conditions must be met, such as working safely, making weight calculations, inspections and the necessary certifications for both equipment and personnel. You can request various hanging point options for your exhibition stand. In order to make your hangpoint in the desired position, there is a chance that rigging/pre-rigging will be required, you will find these on the quotation. When you have made your choice, you are required to upload your stand plan. Please note, the weight per hangpoint must be specified.
