Our team ensured that everything was technically flawless and that the evening had the right atmosphere. The Gala Dinner brought together leaders from the global consumer goods industry. While they enjoyed inspiring speeches and a wonderful dinner, our crew worked hard behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly.
A great example of this was the preparation of the tables. Using a total station (laser meter), the tables were aligned with absolute precision and highlighted with spotlights. This allowed the venue to remove the markings and clean the space, while the caterer knew exactly where the tables had to be placed the next day. This not only saved a lot of time but also ensured perfect positioning that enhanced the sleek appearance of the dinner.
In addition, massive projection screens measuring 5 meters high and 24 meters wide created an impressive visual backdrop, amplifying the impact of speeches, videos, and presentations.
