Before drawing up our proposal, we like to meet with you at the venue. As soon as you give us the how, what and when of your event, we will get to work! Our project manager will work alongside one of our designers to develop a creative concept.
Throughout the entire process, you will have a permanent project manager who serves as your point of contact before, during and after the audiovisual production. We like to keep things moving along rapidly, so we will present a tailor-made proposal quickly and share updates via email (if you wish).
Once you have signed off on our concept, we will begin our AV production. During this period, we develop our playbooks and begin the other preparations necessary to make sure your event will be absolutely unforgettable.
