For the first time, Miro brought all of its international teams to Amsterdam for a three-day event, with a total of 1,600 participants. The goal was to bring everyone together with one mission and a shared vision. The theme of the event was “connection,” which was reflected in every aspect, from the stage setup to the overall look and feel, with LED lines in the ceiling symbolizing the “connection” to the stage. Throughout these three days, team building was at the center. Colleagues from different countries and departments worked together on various activities that helped them get to know each other better and collaborate effectively. Through interactive workshops, joint brainstorming sessions, and team challenges, the bonds between teams were strengthened, and new ideas and strategies for the coming year were developed.
The sessions took place in the different buildings of Taets Art and Event Park, which provided a dynamic environment for the many sub-sessions. These sessions were not only focused on exchanging knowledge and aligning goals, but also on fostering collaboration and creating a sense of unity within the international team. With this event, Miro not only clearly outlined the vision for the coming year but also emphasized the power of collaboration and the value of a strong, connected team. After three days filled with inspiration, collaboration, and fun, the teams went home with new insights, valuable connections, and renewed energy to continue building the future together. We are already looking forward to the next edition!
