The collaboration with VRF is special because it’s more than just a technical partnership. “They are not a supplier, but truly a partner. They listen to our needs and know exactly what we require. When I asked the designer from VRF to create something botanical, I didn’t know exactly how it should look, but the result behind me shows how well they translated our input. They have the expertise to bring our ideas to life perfectly.”
“With online events, we reach a larger audience than with physical events,” Ellis continues. “Physical events are focused on our customers, while online events also appeal to our prospects.”
The transition to online events took some getting used to at first. “It took a bit of time to find the right approach, but after a few online events, we are now really on the same wavelength. The program needs to be adjusted to the shorter attention span of the participants, and VRF is incredibly flexible in this. We often adapted our plans, but VRF was always collaborative and proposed creative solutions. They make it possible to quickly adjust and keep everything on track.”
“It’s important for every sector to explore the possibilities of online events,” says Ellis. “You’ll be amazed at how many options there are. We are very happy with our collaboration with VRF and look forward to organizing even more online events together, and also producing physical events in the future.”
