What is rigging?
Rigging is all the material used for events to hoist/hang material in the roof structure. It involves the use of steel cables, trusses, tackles and other equipment to secure these objects in a safe and secure manner. To hang materials in the roof, strict conditions must be met, including working safely, making weight calculations, inspections and the necessary certifications for both materials and personnel.

You can request various options for hanging points for your exhibition stand. In order to create a suspension point at the desired position, there is a good chance that one or more pre-riggs are required. If this is the case, these will be added to the quotation. The costs per pre-rig are 275 euros. If your stand requires rigging points, you must upload a floor plan of your stand. This can be done in the last step of the application form. Please note that the weight per suspension point must be stated in the floor plan.

Below you can make a choice for screens, laptops and/or iPads for use at your exhibition stand. The screens are placed and connected by VRF at the location of your choice. The screens include HDMI and tripod.

Banners

Below you can order various types of banners for your exhibition stand, you can do this in the rigging section. For urgent deliveries, within 7 working days before the start of the exhibition set-up, a surcharge applies.
